Zoo Town Surfers isn't just a guide service — we're part of Missoula's paddling family. From weekly surf sessions to seasonal river cleanups, we show up for our rivers and the people who love them.
Community Gorge Paddles
Join fellow paddlers for a group float through the stunning Alberton Gorge. All skill levels welcome — we provide the shuttle, you bring the gear and the stoke. After the paddle, head back to Crystal Springs — Zoo Town Surfers' headquarters — for a BBQ with the crew. A great way to meet the local paddling community and experience Montana's best whitewater in good company.

Tuesday Sessions at Brennan's Wave
Missoula's legendary downtown wave is the perfect place to practice, play, and push your skills. We gather every Tuesday for open surfing and freestyle kayaking sessions — beginners get tips and experienced paddlers throw tricks.

River Cleanups
The rivers give us so much — we give back. Twice a year we rally the community to pick up trash, clear debris, and keep our waterways pristine for wildlife and future paddlers. Gloves and bags provided, good karma guaranteed.
