Stand-Up Paddle Boarding 1

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a rapidly growing segment of the paddlesports industry and you will know why once you give it a try for yourself. If you can walk down a sidewalk without falling then you can stand up paddle board on the river. Just add water!

You can stand-up paddle board on rivers, oceans, and lakes – any open body of water. SUP-ing is a great way to see the river from a different perspective. It’s super fun, challenging, and a great core workout. As with whitewater kayaking, we recommend that you learn basic techniques and skills before you head to moving water. Our guides will show you how to stand, paddle, and navigate the river safely. ZTS offer SUP adventures on the Clark Fork and Blackfoot Rivers.
